Progress Update - January 16, 2021

So far in the new year, we have ordered all the parts necessary to build a working prototype of our fourth year design project. This is summarized in the table below:

Additional software design specifications were added to the work as done in MTE481 to further flesh out our system. In terms of hardware procurement, arrangements were set-up to have one of the group members 3D print the required custom muted part. Logistical issues regarding how to put together the project was discussed. It was decided that one group member will handle all the physical components of the project in light of the pandemic while software work can still be done remotely. Testing of the system will commence depending of the state of the lockdown.
